Great coffee. Better than BGS across the road. This cafe is coffee first and it shows. Their latte formula ensures a good balance between coffee flavour and milk - neither dominates the other. It’s a simple recipe for success and ensures that all customers will be happy. Having said that, you’ll be hard pressed to discern any artisanal or artistic elements or even complexity of flavour in their offerings. So don’t go there with the mindset of analysing flavour notes or even judging acidity or bitterness. Just go for a bloody decent coffee that hits all the right notes, along with some decent pastries and cakes too! Better than your average Melbourne cafe experience by far! ~ Always V

It’s rare to find a place outside of Australia that captures that standard, but this café absolutely nails it. A cozy café that offers decaf coffee beans! They grind the beans fresh for every cup, and the aroma is amazing. I wasn’t feeling well during my trip, so I also tried their tea — there were many unfamiliar kinds, but the staff kindly helped me choose one that suited my taste. I watched this being built for months and it was definitely worth the wait. This place is just what Legian needed! The cafe looks gorgeous, love that you can order at the front window.
